Welcome to iThrive Collective LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iThrive Collective website, products, services, programs, memberships, digital content, Collective Circles, and other resources offered by iThrive Collective LLC.

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a purchase, booking a service, purchasing a membership, or participating in an iThrive Collective program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies applicable to your purchase or participation.

1. Eligibility

iThrive Collective's services and community programming are intended for adults age 18 and older.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

2. About iThrive Collective

iThrive Collective is a survivor-led personal growth and community organization offering books, Collective Circles, educational content, programs, digital resources, the Place Cards podcast, and other resources for adults affected by childhood sexual abuse, including incest, and family dysfunction.

iThrive Collective does not provide therapy, group therapy, counseling, medical treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing provided through our website, programs, content, or community activities creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

3. Collective Circles and Community Programs

Collective Circles are survivor-led peer community gatherings designed to provide connection, reflection, conversation, and practical personal growth tools.

Participants are not required to disclose details about abuse, trauma, family experiences, or other personal matters. Participants may choose their own level of involvement in discussions.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy, dignity, boundaries, and experiences of others. Although participants are asked to respect the confidentiality of group conversations, iThrive Collective cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Participation is also subject to any Participant Agreement and Community Guidelines presented during registration or made available on our website.

iThrive Collective reserves the right to restrict or discontinue an individual's participation when reasonably necessary to protect participants, maintain appropriate community boundaries, enforce our policies, or prevent disruptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

4. Bookings and Memberships

Certain services may be purchased individually or through a recurring membership.

Prices, included services, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase.

Recurring memberships automatically renew at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled.

Customers are responsible for canceling a recurring membership before the next renewal if they do not wish to continue. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.

Collective Circle cancellations, rescheduling, unused sessions, membership payments, and other refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and any terms disclosed at booking.

5. Purchases and Payments

Prices and available payment options are displayed at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount presented at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, contact, and account information.

Products or services purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or platforms may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

6. Books, Courses and Digital Content

iThrive Collective may offer books, workbooks, courses, recordings, downloads, audio content, educational materials, and other physical or digital resources.

Unless otherwise stated, materials purchased or accessed through iThrive Collective are provided for your personal, noncommercial use.

Digital products and immediately accessible content may have different refund eligibility from physical products. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content, including text, graphics, branding, program materials, worksheets, downloads, videos, audio recordings, courses, and other resources created by iThrive Collective are owned by or licensed to iThrive Collective LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or accessing our materials does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from iThrive Collective materials.

You may use purchased resources for your own personal use unless a different license is expressly provided.
