Collective Circles are survivor-led online community gatherings for adults who experienced incest or other forms of childhood sexual abuse and want connection, personal growth, and the opportunity to explore what they want for their lives now.

Many survivors learned how to survive long before they learned how to dream.

When sexual abuse happens within a family, its influence can extend beyond the abuse itself. Incest can exist within a larger family system shaped by secrecy, distorted boundaries, complicated loyalties, unhealthy relationships, silence, instability, shame, and generational cycles that can come to feel normal simply because they are familiar.

These dynamics can influence how you see yourself, relate to others, make choices, set boundaries, pursue opportunities, and imagine what is possible for your life.

Collective Circles aren't about staying in the past.

They're about recognizing what you don't want to carry forward and discovering what you want to build instead.

You Decide What You Share
Collective Circles are intentionally forward-focused. We acknowledge that childhood sexual abuse, incest, and the family dynamics surrounding them can continue to influence adulthood without making the details of what happened the focus of our conversations.

Together, we explore:
-
self-worth and confidence
-
family dynamics and generational cycles
-
healthier boundaries and relationships
-
recognizing and moving beyond toxic relationships
-
emotional awareness and self-trust
-
personal goals and new opportunities
-
healthy connection and community
-
purpose, possibility, and everyday joy
Some conversations may help you recognize something you've carried forward from your family. Others may encourage you to make a different choice, establish a boundary, set a goal, pursue an opportunity, or imagine something new for yourself.

We acknowledge what shaped us while putting our attention on what we want to shape now.

What Happens in a Collective Circle
Each live online Circle includes a guided, survivor-led conversation centered on a personal-growth theme.
Participation is always your choice. You can contribute, reflect, listen, or simply be present.

Circle conversations are inspired by themes explored in Terri Thorne's personal-growth guide, Set Your Own Table, and the Place Cards podcast. Reading the book is not required to participate.

If you'd like to go deeper into these ideas, Learn More About Set Your Own Table. The eBook is recommended for immediate access.

The Focus Is Your Life Now
Collective Circles are not spaces for recounting or processing individual experiences of childhood sexual abuse or incest.

You will not be asked to describe what happened to you, and participants are asked to avoid sharing graphic or detailed descriptions of abuse.

You are welcome to discuss how family dynamics, relationships, beliefs, or patterns have influenced your adult life when relevant. Our focus then turns toward what you're recognizing, what you may want to do differently, and what you want to build moving forward.

Context is welcome. Details aren't necessary. Growth is the conversation.

Who Are Collective Circles For?
Collective Circles are for adults who experienced incest or other forms of childhood sexual abuse and want a survivor-centered community focused on personal growth and the life ahead.

You may be raising children differently than you were raised, reconsidering relationships, pursuing education or a career, establishing financial goals, discovering interests, setting boundaries with family, building healthier friendships, or simply wondering: What else might be possible for my life?

You don't need the same background, circumstances, education, income, or accomplishments as anyone else in the Circle.

What connects us is the desire to recognize the influence of the past and the family cycles that came with it without letting them determine what comes next.

Community, Not Therapy
Collective Circles are survivor-led community and personal-growth gatherings. They are not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, trauma processing, crisis services, or a substitute for professional care.

Our purpose is connection, thoughtful conversation, personal reflection, encouragement, and growth.

Your past is part of your life.
It doesn't have to set the limits for the rest of it.

We don't gather to retell what happened.
We gather to talk about what comes next.
