Refund Policy

iThrive Company has a 14-day return policy for undamaged / unworn goods. This means the item must be returned to the supplier within 14 days of the time it is received by you, the end customer.

If you would like to return an item, please email admin@ithrivecollective.com.  We will then provide you with the correct address to return the item to the original supplier.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.

If received in good condition, the refund will then be issued.  We understand that you may not be satisfied with every purchase, and we want you to be happy so please do not hesitate to contact us if needed.
