Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, and support analytics, functionality, and marketing where permitted.

2. Sensitive Personal Information

Because iThrive Collective serves adults affected by childhood sexual abuse, including incest, and family dysfunction, communications with us may sometimes contain sensitive personal information.

You are not required to disclose details about abuse, trauma, medical conditions, mental health, or family experiences in order to purchase our products or participate in Collective Circles unless specific information is clearly requested and necessary for a particular purpose.

We encourage you not to provide detailed sensitive personal information through website forms, email, or other communications unless it is necessary for the reason you are contacting us.

Collective Circles are peer community gatherings and are not healthcare or mental health treatment. Information provided to iThrive Collective does not become a medical record and is not protected by a therapist-client relationship simply because it concerns personal experiences.

If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may send information about iThrive Collective programs, books, products, events, Collective Circles, Place Cards, and other offerings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications concerning purchases, bookings, memberships, accounts, or other services you have requested.

6. Collective Circles and Community Participation

Registration information for Collective Circles is used to administer bookings, memberships, communications, and participation.

Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. However, iThrive Collective cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information shared during a group conversation confidential.

For this reason, participants are encouraged to use their own judgment about what they choose to disclose during a Circle.

Recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing or distributing another participant's contributions without appropriate permission is prohibited under our Community Guidelines.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use essential cookies necessary for website operation as well as functional, analytics, or marketing technologies.

Depending on your location and the technologies in use, you may be offered choices regarding nonessential cookies through a cookie banner or preference tool.

You may also control certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect website functionality.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
